We inspect photovoltaic systems in commercial settings: rooftop arrays on commercial and industrial buildings, ground-mounted plants, tenant-electricity (Mieterstrom) projects, and systems in commercial real-estate portfolios. We do not inspect privately operated single-family home installations.
PV systems are electrical installations operating on direct current — with all associated risks that differ from AC installations. An expert inspection per VDE is both a legal obligation and investment protection.
